Vidya starred alongside Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan in their recent critically acclaimed and commercial hit Paa. The actress were Amitabh’s mother in the movie.

Amitabh on his red carpet premier of Rann said, “All the best to Vidya” in New Delhi on Thursday evening.

Echoeing the same were son Abhishek and bahurani Aishwarya Rai.

The couple in unison said “We wish her all the very best”.

Among the other dignitaries present at the premier were star cast of “Rann” Gul Panag, director Ram Gopal Varma and Riteish Deshmukh. Among the surprise entry there was Vivek Oberoi who also was at the event.
